Income: Combined monthly documented and verifiable income must be at least three times the monthly rent amount. Two most recent paystubs are required for employees. If you are self-employed, your business income will be based on your income after expenses on your two most recent years of tax returns. Any other forms of income may require a benefit letter. We follow all applicable laws regarding housing vouchers (Section 8).
Rental History: Each applicant must have satisfactory rental history. Persons with past evictions or who owe funds to previous landlords will not be considered.
Credit History: Each applicant must have a satisfactory credit history with a credit score of 650 or higher, payments made as agreed and no items in collections.
Maximum occupancy shall be the number of bedrooms multiplied by two, plus one.

The status can change at any moment as applications can be submitted at any time.
Applicants can change their mind or they may not meet our qualifications, so please do not hesitate to apply for a property that already has an application pending or even back-up applications.
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis for completed applications. If an application is incomplete we may request additional documentation and may be forced to move to the next applicant in line.
You will not be charged an application fee unless your application is processed.
For the good of the public as well as RentPros staff, we will not be holding public viewings. To limit interactions inside the property we will show homes to approved applicants only.
In addition to property photos, we have video walk-throughs for each property. We are waiving our normal requirement that applicants view a property prior to signing a lease agreement.
Please drive by the property, view the photos and video and then apply for the home.
