As many of you know I have been hosting a weekly radio show for about six years. The show can be heard on KFBK, 1530 AM every Saturday from 4 -5 PM. Tune in, listen in and even call in and say “Hi!” We also broadcast on 93.1 FM at the same time.

After a few months of doing the radio show I realized people were not remembering the name CGA. When listeners wanted to contact me, they kept calling the station and asking, “Who was that Property Management Guy”?… This prompted me to start using the name RentPros when talking on the Radio.  The change worked great and listeners started calling me directly. I also speak to Realtor groups throughout the Sacramento area and quickly learned that they too could not remember the name CGA, so I started calling myself Chris from RentPros when speaking to Realtor groups. Once again, it was clear that people could remember the name RentPros much easier than they could CGA. 

A few months ago I realized the time had come to make a decision… my company either had to be called CGA or RentPros. Using two names was becoming confusing so as of January 1, 2020, CGA Property Management, Inc. will become RentPros Property Management. Please be assured we are the same great team in the same great location, providing the same great service.
