I highly recommend RentPros Property Management. I’ve been using them since 2011 and have found them to be competitively priced and very professional. They did a fantastic job at helping me find a tenant for my house in S. Land Park Hills, and that same tenant is still there today (2019). They are also responsive when I need help with maintenance issues and they have established relationships with a variety of contractors/vendors. I also love their portal!
Been working with RentPros for a couple of years after dealing with another management company before them. From finding qualified tenants, to billing to communication. Rent pros is the best there is hands down no other can touch them I no from experience I’ve had nothing but the best... come from my property manager Samantha little anything goes wrong with anything she’s on it things r updated or fixed immediately she goes out of her way day or night after hours to make sure I am taken care of and my 8 year old son we don’t no her personally but we love her because she treats us like family and like our home matters I can go on for days with how she has helped but ours smiles say it all 😃 10 stars for sure on the care and help she gives when needed thank u so much Samantharead more

I chose to do business with RentPros based on the many positive reviews. It is rare to find a property management... company that both tenants and landlords say good things about. This is a family owned company and it shows - everyone I've been in contact with has been amazing! My initial contact was with Ben and I was very impressed with his knowledge, advice, and professionalism. I then worked with Nick to get the property spruced up and rented. Ben from RentPros helped me in acquiring and managing an investment property in Sacramento area.Since I don't live in... that area, Ben was prompt to visit properties and share more videos and pictures with me. He also advised me on good neighborhoods to invest in this area. I was so confident on Ben's assessments and feedback on properties, that I was putting offers even without visiting those properties first.Once my offer was accepted, Ben did excellent job in scheduling inspections, negotiating repairs for issues found during inspection and getting credit from sellers for those repairs. When I visited the property during inspections, I was amazed on how accurate Ben's assessment was about the property. Ben also came up with a list of things to be repaired or upgraded to make property ready for rental.Once we closed on the property, Ben was quick to list the property for rental. His recommendation on amount of monthly rent to collect was spot on. His team at RentPros worked with contractors for all repairs, upgrades and changes to make property rental ready. Communication from RentPros team on progress, bills and tenant applications was smooth and timely.Overall, with the help of Ben and team RentPros, I was able to acquire and rent out a property in Sacramento area within short amount of time.I recommend RentPros to anyone looking for rental property management in greater Sacramento area.read more

I stayed with RentPros/CGA for over 8 years, and they take care of my property very well. I don't live in those areas,... so after one or two years I usually just totally let them run the show and it was such a pleasant experience. For the recent tenants turnover process, Nick was able to clearly communicate via both phone and email in a timely manner, with sound advice and quick execution. Although the process to rent from RentPros asks for more info than I’m used it, it was very easy to complete with the... help of Mary Eskandar and RentPros alike. She was not only friendly and informative but also very prompt with her responses making me feel like I was her only client. Whenever I would ask her a question, whether it was via email or leaving her a voicemail (in instances when she wasn’t available), she would always be sure to return my requests within minutes. She gave me a breakdown of everything that she needed from me as well as everything I needed to do prior to moving in in order to make the actual move in date go that much easier and smoother. Mary, along with her colleagues at RentPros, really know how to make you feel cared for and provide you with everything that you need to know for your big move. I wanted to take a moment to personally thank Mary, Hannah, and the staff at RentPros for all of their help in getting... me into my new home. I had applied for a home, however due to a blemish on my credit report I was not selected. This where RentPros really made a lasting impression on me. Rather than having to go back to square one, RentPros assured me that my application was still active in their system - making me eligible to apply for one of their other numerous properties.I was accepted to move into an alternate property, and turns out I think this place will work out better than the one I had originally applied for. If you are looking to rent with this company I suggest you look elsewhere.I left this review and was told to remove... it by CGA or "RentPros". They told me to remove it so they could help me (shady? lol) and they never did. I am a student in college, I've moved around and lived with many different property management companies. Living in a property managed by CGA was a nightmare.The story is much longer than this but I will make it short: 1) They allowed one of the three tenants to exit the lease and still required that the remaining 2 pay in FULL. I asked to be allowed to also exit the lease and they refused. I was talking to one of their rep Tara and I think she got fed up and they switched her suddenly. The reps seemed to be biased and not give me full information while allowing the other tenant to exit the lease.2) There were issues in the bathroom and the whole sink/countertop had to be replaced. They contacted a family friend plumber or something who ripped out the countertop and then informed us that he didn't have the right size to replace it and the countertop was left that way for 2 weeks. The bathroom was shared by two tenants at the time.The story is much longer than this, but I was told to remove that review, just want to make a summary and leave this here for people to know. I noticed that all the reviews on their website are 5 star only, they filter out the bad ones?Lastly, I'd like to state that I would NOT like to be contacted by CGA or Chris or anyone to be told I need to remove my review again.read more
